Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2025 · Last updated: 1 May 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the JS2Mail API you agree to these Terms. If you are using JS2Mail on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

JS2Mail provides an API for dispatching email through mailboxes you connect (Gmail, Microsoft 365, custom SMTP). We act as a pass-through layer — we do not originate mail from our own infrastructure or send on your behalf without your explicit instruction.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use JS2Mail to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages.
  • Violate any applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious content.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the API without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Quotas and billing

The free plan includes 10,000 sends per month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Unused quota does not roll over. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. All prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

5. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly API uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via the status page. No financial SLA credits are offered on free plans. Paid plan SLA details are available on request.

6. Intellectual property

JS2Mail and its logos are trademarks of Prodasoft. You retain all rights to content you send through the API. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JS2Mail's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
